Every session starts with a free 20-minute discovery call. A $75 hold reserves a full 60-minute strategy session — and it's fully credited to your booking. From there we scope the shoot, send a quote, and get you on the calendar.

Photography — Session Packages
Every tier below is priced for a 30-, 60-, or 90-minute session. Longer sessions include more looks and more edited photos, all with a full digital proof gallery.
Studio Session
Our in-house studio setup (seamless white or black backdrop), 2+ looks, full proof gallery, retouched selects. Best for: personal brand, actors, social refresh.
Studio Pro (+ Makeup Artist)
Studio Session plus a professional makeup artist on set. Best for: executives, on-camera talent, first-time subjects.
On-Location Session
Your site or an outdoor location (Zone 1, within 30 minutes of the studio), 2+ looks, full gallery, retouched selects. Best for: owners shooting in their own space.
On-Location Pro (+ Makeup Artist)
On-Location Session plus a professional makeup artist on set. Best for: founders, speakers, press kits.
Premier Experience
A sourced premium location with coordination handled, professional makeup artist, 4+ looks, fully art-directed. Best for: album art, campaigns, editorial, legacy portraits.
Prices above cover Zone 1 (within 30 minutes of the studio). On-location and Premier bookings outside Zone 1 add a travel surcharge — see Add-Ons below. Studio Session and Studio Pro use our in-house backdrop setup; if your shoot calls for a dedicated studio space instead, a studio rental fee applies — see Add-Ons below.

Social Cutdown

Vertical short pulled from existing footage. $375 minimum for a 5-pack.
Rates are per finished minute. Up to a 10:1 raw-to-final footage ratio is included — beyond that, logging and selects bill at $85/hr. An additional revision round beyond the 2 included is $125/round.

- Extended commercial usage license
+35% of the session fee. Covers ads, paid media, packaging, and out-of-home. The default license is personal + portfolio use only.
- Exclusive / buyout license
+100% of the session fee. Full commercial exclusivity for 12 months.
- RAW / unedited file delivery
$750 flat. Discouraged — unfinished files don't represent the work.
- Zone 2 travel surcharge
+$150 per booking, for locations 30–60 minutes from the studio.
- Zone 3 travel surcharge
+$300 per booking, for locations 60–90 minutes out (Orange County, north Valley, Inland Empire).
- Zone 4 / travel day
$750/day plus client-covered airfare, lodging, per diem, and ground transport, for locations 90+ minutes out or out of market.
- Studio rental
Studio Session and Studio Pro use our in-house backdrop setup. When a shoot calls for a dedicated studio space instead, rental is passed through at cost.
- Permits, venue & parking
Passed through at documented cost plus a 15% coordination fee.
- Expedited / same-week booking
$200 flat calendar-jump fee.
- Archive retrieval after 90 days
$95 flat. Files are held for 90 days after delivery.

Booking & Payment Terms
- Consultation
Free 20-minute discovery call. A $75 hold reserves a 60-minute strategy session, credited to your booking.
- Retainer
A 50% non-refundable retainer confirms your date. The date is not held until the retainer clears.
- Balance
Due before your gallery or master files are released. Individuals pay in full at delivery; organizations are Net 15.
- Late payment
1.5% per month after Net 15. Delivery is paused on any past-due balance.
- Reschedule
Free once, with 72+ hours' notice. Inside 72 hours, the retainer is forfeited.
- Cancellation
The retainer is non-refundable in all cases. Within 7 days of a booked day, 100% of the fee is due.
- Turnaround
Photo proofs in 3–5 business days; retouched selects in 7–10. Video in 10–14 business days from receipt of all assets.
- Revisions
Photo: 1 round of retouch notes per image. Video: 2 rounds included, then $125/round.
- Overtime
Photography beyond your booked window bills at the hourly event rate, in 30-minute increments. Video beyond the day window bills at the hourly rate.
- Usage rights
E.A.T. Media retains copyright. You receive personal + portfolio use. Commercial use requires the licensing add-on above.
- Portfolio rights
E.A.T. Media may display your work in its portfolio, unless a written NDA or buyout is in place.
- Archive
Files are held for 90 days after delivery; retrieval after that is $95.
- Crew & talent
Crew sourced by E.A.T. Media carries a 15% coordination fee. Client-sourced crew is the client's liability.
- Permits & location
You're responsible for site access and power. E.A.T. Media coordinates FilmLA permits; permit, venue, and parking fees pass through at cost + 15%.
- Insurance
A certificate of insurance naming your venue as additional insured is available on request, at no charge.
- Legacy pricing
Existing clients on prior rates are honored for one booking cycle from this card's effective date, then move to current pricing.

Do you have a photo studio?

How does booking actually work?

How long until I get my photos or video?
Photo proofs land in 3–5 business days, retouched selects in 7–10. Video takes 10–14 business days from when we have all assets in hand.
Can I use the photos/video for ads or paid media?
The default license covers personal and portfolio use. Commercial use — ads, paid media, packaging, out-of-home — needs the extended commercial license add-on.
